Scoring combines a numerical signal from follower ratios, a niche signal from bio keywords and mutuals, and an optional model trained on your own account's real follow-back history. All of it runs locally: profile data comes from Instagram's own pages using your logged-in session, and no third-party API sees any of it.
Automating actions on Instagram is against their terms and can get an account action-blocked. Reach defaults to conservative caps and human-paced delays, and only counts a follow against the cap once it has confirmed it actually took effect. The risk is still yours.
