Transcribe audio and video without sending it anywhere

Drag in audio or video, get SRT subtitles back. Transcription runs entirely on your machine against a local Whisper model, so there are no API costs, no upload, and no limit on how sensitive the recording is.

It was built to work through a personal archive of family audio tapes from the 1970s, which is why it is built around batches and refuses to let one bad file halt the run. A failure is isolated to its own file and the queue keeps going.

Music regions are detected and tagged in the output rather than transcribed into nonsense.
