Sales Wingman
See which accounts have gone quiet, and answer them

A working surface for anyone carrying more accounts than they can hold in their head. Wingman reads the mail and meetings already attached to each account and sorts them into the questions that actually matter on a Monday: who is waiting on a reply, who has heard nothing in a fortnight, and where there is too little evidence to know what to do next.
Each module is a queue rather than a report. An account with an unanswered customer email sits under Needs reply with the message that is waiting; one with no contact in two weeks sits under No touch with how long it has been. Low confidence next steps collects the accounts where the record is too thin to suggest anything, and asks for a review instead of guessing.
A chat panel sits alongside, scoped either globally or to one account, and will summarise an account, prepare for a meeting, or draft a reply, with the sources, thread and resulting draft each on their own tab, so a suggestion can be traced back to what produced it.
What it does
- Needs reply: customer mail addressed to you and still unanswered
- No touch in 2 weeks: accounts going quiet, with the gap shown
- Low confidence next steps: flags thin evidence instead of guessing
- Chat scoped globally or to a single account
- Sources, thread and draft on separate tabs, so advice is traceable
- Meeting notes and a draft queue per account
- Configurable automation with a visible sync state
